Healthy food will be an important topic during the whole event. Beyond habits and culinary traditions of each participation country, it is essential to leave a great picture of France which is a reference as far as gastronomy is concerned.

That is the reason why at the Rugby Heritage Cup, we will take care about the quality of the dishes which will be served to the young people. The Scolarest company (subsidiary of Compass group) is working hard to define the ingredients needed and their region of origin. All vegetables will be local and fresh, not frozen, fruits from the season, meat and milk-based products will be from France and fish from fisheries having durable practices… Many commitments, the RHC wants the young people to benefit from during the tournament.
